- International order processing for a specified region (quotation preparation, monitoring, tracking, invoicing, order entry incl. customs clearance (certificate of origin etc.)) and internal coordination of orders
- Contract management, handling and monitoring of loans
- Close cooperation with external dealers as well as internally with the purchasing, accounting, warehouse, technology, development, education and management departments
- Processing of complaints and repair orders
- Customer master data maintenance
- Preparation of key sales figures & creation of reports
- Supporting sales management and the sales force in arranging appointments and creating presentations
